Master Biomass and Waste for Energy and Materials

Become a top engineer with great social and ethical commitment

IMT-Mines Albi has incorporated engineering ethics into its curriculum. International students enrolled in the masters BiWEM and ADPHARMING have just completed a course on ethical issues in connection with the subject matter of their courses (environmental or pharmaceutical engineering). The course covered professional responsibilities based on engineering failures and common-place social events at large.

To broaden the scope of ethical understanding, the students ventured into a collaborative project by using an Art medium : filmmaking and storytelling. The resulting artwork consists of 4 short films presented as final assignments. The goal was to put into practice the core discussions and ideas from the course and also to unite the students from different countries to collaborate with one another.

And the winner is Dilemm!

Congrats to Hana, Yuva, Auyb, Ioannis and Rakesh. Thanks to all our master students for their involvement, to Marc Descarpentrie for his technical support and to Najoua Gregoire for the design and delivery of this training.
